Bishop Shawn Lewis Sr.
Bishop Shawn Lewis Sr. is the Senior Pastor and visionary of Rhema Word Ministries in Petersburg, Virginia. A native of Waverly, VA, he graduated with honors from Sussex Central High School in 1989.
On July 24, 2009, Bishop Lewis received a vision from the Lord directing him to establish a ministry where "There Is A Word From The Lord." Following this divine guidance, he was formally installed and set apart as the pastor of Rhema Word Ministries on November 1, 2009.
Bishop Lewis is married to Elder/First Lady Shelley Lewis, who faithfully serves alongside him in ministry. Together, they lead Rhema Word Ministries with a commitment to impacting the world through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
